Medium Roast Coffee
Elaborated with 100% Arabica Whole-bean coffee originated in Colombia from the Bourbon variety.
This is a single origin coffee, harvested in Valle del Cauca – Colombia at approximately 5,577 ft (1,700 mts) above sea level.
These coffee beans are manually grown by local farmers and delicately selected by “Chapoleras”. This coffee has undergone a “suave lavado” process, naturally sun dried and fermented for approximately 128 hours.
It has a precise roasted point of medium.
As a result, we are presenting a coffee with notes of strawberry, milk chocolate and aromatic green tea with a long and pleasant aftertaste. It has a medium acidity and a soft but balanced body.
This coffee comes from a sustainable shade plantation that does not use pesticides.
