Medium Roast Coffee
Elaborated with 100% Arabica Whole-bean coffee originated from the Castillo variety.
This is a single origin coffee, harvested in Valle del Cauca – Colombia at approximately 5,249 ft (1,600 mts) above sea level.
Each whole-bean is manually grown by local farmers and delicately selected by “Chapoleras”. This coffee has undergone a “suave lavado” process, naturally dried and fermented between 18 and 24 hours.
It has a perfect roasted point of medium. As a result, we are presenting a coffee with notes of vanilla, mandarin, chocolate with a delicate aftertaste to orange and caramel. It has a creamy and bold body with low acidity.
